Prosecutor Christine Santos Tenorio is accusing Yigo resident Alex Amor Alexander, 41, of raping a 17-year-old girl he lives with of raping her.
According to Ms. Tenorio's declaration of probable cause, on September 23, between midnight and 1 a.m., Mr. Alexander entered the victim's bedroom and told her, "I need your help with something... I want to have sex." He then removed his clothing. The victim told him she did not want to have sex with him.
He then grabbed her shoulders, threw her on the bed, forced her into a supine position, removed her clothes, spread her legs, and inserted his penis into her vagina. She tried to fight him off her, but she could not overcome his strength.
Following the rape, documents state, Mr. Alexander left the room, then returned and apologized to her, telling her he raped her because he was smoking ice.
Ms. Tenorio accuses Mr. Alexander of first degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony, and third degree criminal sexual conduct as a second degree felony.
Mr. Alexander was arrested by Guam Police officers P.O. Quenga and others following their response to a criminal sexual conduct complaint that was reported at a Yigo school.
