(Tumon, Guam) Joseph Bennett Meno Macias, 29, showed up to his grandma’s house on September 29 drunk and trying to start a fight with his cousin, according to prosecutor Brendlynn Joseph’s declaration of probable cause against Mr. Macias.
Mr. Macias punched his cousin in the face, according to the cousin. The cousin then pushed Mr. Macias out the door. Mr. Macias then punched the door glass panel, cracking it, before striking and damaging the rear passenger door of his cousin’s car.
Ms. Joseph accuses Mr. Macias of criminal mischief as a third degree felony, criminal mischief as a misdemeanor, and family violence as a misdemeanor.
