(Tumon, Guam) An eye witness to the crash of two cars in Tamuning along Marine Corps Drive said a white sedan flew by her in traffic in front of Alupang Beach Towers heading north bound.

"Guy in a white car went speeding maybe 100 + miles per hours or more by me over by Alupang Beach Tower," the witness said. The witness continued, "...then came up fast on cars at the stop light by BankPacific and smacked into cars causing multiple collisions, then veered off into the Horse and Cow parking lot."

"The severely injured car was a white sedan with a family in it," the witness told Kandit. "Many people in nearby cars and from Horse and Cow rushed out to help the people in the car."

The witness said a child may have been in the backseat of the car with the family in it.
